The Kenya BioVax Institute Limited (KBI) Complaints Resolution Committee, led by Dr. Serah Muteru, the General Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Product Quality & Safety, convened a workshop with the Commission on Administrative Justice (Office of the Ombudsman) team to develop a Complaints Handling Policy and Procedures for Kenya BioVax Institute Limited. The workshop focused on creating a structured framework to enhance #transparency, #accountability, and #efficiency in addressing stakeholder complaints. The policy establishes clear reporting channels, resolution mechanisms, and timelines to ensure timely and effective responses, aligning with global best practices and regulatory requirements.
